Electron Paramagnetic Resonance

Electron Paramagnetic Resonance | Bruker, EMX micro

Location: ECRC, Egerlandstraße 3, 91058 Erlangen, Room H00.13

The EMX micro, a continuous wave electron paramagnetic resonance (CW-EPR) spectrometer, is an instrument for the study of molecules with one or more unpaired electrons, such as free radicals (including reactive oxygen and nitrogen species) and transition metal complexes. The CW-ESR spectrometer is equipped with an X-band microwave bridge (9.4 GHz) and is used for the (quantitative) detection of radicals and paramagnetic transition metals.

Cindy Ly Tavera Méndez
