Photoluminescence Spectrometer | Horiba, FluoroLog-3

Location: LFG, Haberstraße 9a, 91058 Erlangen, Room 01.814

The basic configuration of this photoluminescence spectrometer consists of monochromators with gratings in the excitation and emission positions and a red sensitive photomultiplier. Intensity correction up to 850 nm is available as an option. The instrument offers excellent sensitivity and performance for a wide range of experimental requirements.
